Shell the eggs in a bowl and whisk them with a pinch of salt, milk and yeast. Set a flat, large tortilla on both sides, in a pan with a few drops of oil and remove it.
Wash the spinach and tr Oceans Peel and chop the garlic. Sauté both 3 minutes in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the cheese and stir. Wash the rosemary, chop it and sprinkle it over the previous mixture. Spread the tortilla on a sheet of transparent film and divide half of the spinach. Roll the tortilla with the help of the film and twist the ends of it, as if it were a candy, to close it. Leave it in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
