  • 16-20 giant shells
  • 1 onion
  • 1 leek
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 300 mL of evaporated milk
  • olive oil
  • salt

Peel and chop the onion. We clean the leek, removing the roots and the green part; we wash it and it itch. Squash the zucchini, scrape the carrots and clean the pepper. We wash and finely chop the three vegetables (I in a chopper).

Peel and chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and add it with the carrot. Braise a minute, and add the onion and fry for 8 minutes. Then we add the zucchini; the pepper and the leek, and we continued the cooking 5 minutes more. Pour half the milk, season and cook 5 more minutes.

We have the rest of the milk in a saucepan. Season, add the pink pepper and let reduce to a gentle heat.

Cook the conch shells in a pan with plenty of salt water and a squirt of oil; until they are al dente. They drain well and fill them with vegetables, taking care not to break them. We distribute on a tray, and serve right away, with the sauce .....
